Danny the host was excellent and communicative throughout and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The same goes for the other staff we dealt with. Rooms are cosy and beds are comfy. Snacks etc was a nice touch and the overall value for the price is hard to argue with
My mum and I stayed here as we were going to the local theatre to watch a performance and wanted to stay overnight. Danny, our host was absolutely wonderful and couldn't do enough for us- even down to letting us pick which room we wanted and letting us check in earlier. He provided cold bottled water and gave a tour of where we could find everything. He was friendly and kind, giving us his phone number for when he wasn't on site, incase we needed anything. The room was large, spotless and smelt so fresh. The bed was so comfortable and squashy and the curtains/blinds made the room lovely and dark at night. The amenities were fab- shared bathroom was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked with bottled water, fruits, pastries, crisps, snacks, drinks.. all sorts! The location was 15 min walk away from Lime Street station and the theatre- top location. We had a wonderful time here, thank you so much for having us :)
Great place and nice people. Nice and clean and the owner stocked the kitchen up every morning which was amazing. Price reflects the location outside of the city but taxi costs were very reasonable. The only tiny drawback was that there was no living room area as we booked a few rooms so we all had to congregate in one room. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that there is 2 bathrooms shared across 6 rooms which wasn't too bad for a large party but if I had booked for 2 it would of been a bit awkward. Lovely host, clean rooms and a very good cost.
Dave and all the staff were so Wonderfull and kind. We enjoyed our stance at Cozy Place so Much! It is well located, near the city center walking and just a few minutes away (also walking) from the Lime Street Station. The place is so confortable, the rooms are warm and well furnished, with a good TV and confutable beds. The bathroom is very big and the Kitchen too. Also, you can have coffee, tea and other meals like fruits, bread, yogurts, chips or cereals for the breakfast. I totally recommend it, for sure I will be back for my next visit to Liverpool!
Very well run establishment Very clean and lovely staff. Located near to the royal hospital and not too far from city centre and attractions. Well stocked for refreshments and continental breakfast Will be back soon!
Not super downtown but 15 min walk to it and you are close to the main station. Hosts come to help when you need and wait for you to checkin as they don’t stay there all the time. They stock up kitchen with water, cookies, bread, jams, coffee and tea and fruits! which is nice addition. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Great option for the budget in Liverpool.
After some initial price problems our stay was comfortable and pleasant. We initially booked through Expedia but when confirming our room I was told the price quoted on the website was wrong and I was given a new higher price. I was told I needed to contact Expedia to discuss this, although I didn’t see the point. And I’d suggest if the business is advertising their rooms at the wrong rate, it would be their issue, not mine. Anyway, regardless of this, I was happy with the new cost considering it was a Saturday night and so close to Christmas. It was a 10 minute walk to the Christmas market and 15 minute walk to the comedy club we went to. Perfect location. Danny was inviting and happy to do anything we needed. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. There was plenty of food in the kitchen for breakfast, including bottles of water, which I thought was a fab touch. All in all, we have a comfortable and very pleasant stay and we would go back.
Communication was great prior to arriving. We were able to check in early. Danny was an amazing host, on hand on WhatsApp for whatever we needed. Good price, for a good size bedroom and toilet on the same floor. All super clean. We wouldn't hesitiate to stay at Cosy Place again
